Sibelius Educational Form

As the product you are purchasing is at an educational price we need one of the following before we can dispatch your order (This is a requirement of Sibelius Software LTD):

1. A letter you have received within the last 6 months from your school/university/UCAS/etc to confirm that you are in full time education (the letter can be to do with anything as long as it is addressed to the person in concern or their parents/guardian)

You can either scan the letter in and email it to sales@dsmusic.co.uk, fax it to 01600 888 060 or post it to:

Once we have received this we will despatch your order with next day delivery.
