Having ordered Sibelius 7 and Photoscore 7 for my son who needed it for a major project, I was initially disappointed to find that the expected deliveries had long delays due to manufacturing issues. The guys at DS Music rose to the challenge and I was very impressed with the response with them supplying a 30 day trial version of both products which allowed work to go ahead.

This is what outstanding customer service is all about. Others would do well to copy.

Now that my Sibelius 7 is up and running I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service, from my initial enquiry, through the much appreciated delivery of the temporary disc to the more than prompt arrival of the real thing, now installed and working well.

I ordered Sibelius 7 and was astonished when, due to manufacturing delays, you actually went to all the trouble of making a cd copy of the Sibelius 7 30 day trial for me.
